There comes a time in almost everyone's life when they find themselves making an appointment for counseling. Maybe it's your first time, maybe life keeps bringing you back. You might stay for 3 sessions, you might stay for 100. Whether you are making this decision on your own or someone has pushed you, there is always more you can learn about yourself.
We are a product of all of our experiences, the family we were born in, the friends we grew up with, the partners we have chosen to love and to hate. Your journey isn't meant to end here. Counseling is for everyone. It's about taking a chance and sharing your goals with the hopes of seeing patterns in your life.
I have experience working with many issues, including job stress, difficult teens, depression, anxiety, issues related to infertility, grief and loss, sand tray therapy with all ages, personal growth, trauma, and LGBTQIA+..
I am also providing supervision for LPC interns who are gaining their hours toward their license.
